B+S Black Oven

The B+S Black series oven range has been designed to meet the varied demands of commercial kitchens and restaurants. Constructed using quality materials on a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, these units are built to last.

The oven is fitted with a U-shaped burner, which combines with natural convection processes to create an even distribution of heat throughout the oven’s chamber. A multi-setting gas valve enables enhanced regulation of flame setting.

Frontal access to all components makes maintenance easy, and all external surfaces are made of easy-to-clean polished stainless steel.

The oven burner cooktops can be combined with B+S grill plate and char broiler sections.
